2024 was a year of metamorphosis for us – from an organisation co-travelling with a few change leaders to now building a movement around the idea of exponential change. Like a chrysalis (pupa), we underwent deep reflection and change this year. All so that our ideas around solving social problems at scale, with speed, sustainably could spread far and wide.
We began this year by hosting one of our biggest ecosystem meetups thus far where many of you generously shared your ideas, brainstormed and found opportunities to collaborate, and explored new ways to be “exponential, together”.
One of our biggest wins this year was launching the Think books – a labour of love that are our attempt to, well, get everyone thinking about their exponential We can’t thank you enough for reaching out with your favourite quotes from the book, sharing the books with your networks and inviting us to speak about the books.
And then the biggest transformation for us this year – the launch of Centre for Exponential Change (C4EC) – a network of support for system orchestrators solving some of the most pressing problems of our times. Societal Thinking found a new home in C4EC, as a way to reimagine and design for exponential change.
As we round up the year, we want to take a moment to celebrate not just our milestones, but the incredible work of this ecosystem, the collaborations that made them possible, and the ways we continue to amplify change together.”
