Role

The role will help shape and disseminate Societal Leader’s Lab’s ideas worldwide. Curate Knowledge, create artefacts and cultivate connections to establish global thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate impactful ideas and artefacts for Societal Leadership.
  • Actively cultivate connections through curated events, both online and offline.
  • Establish thought leadership through global engagement.
  • Strategize ways for meaningful engagement and action for the lab
  • Plan, design, and manage events in India and abroad, collaborating with partners and organizing a range of gatherings.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively for publication and creative materials, engaging diverse audiences.
  • Orchestrate events of varying scales, from workshops to conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for successful event execution.
  • Foster communities and facilitate connections.
  • Identify target audiences, design agendas, oversee logistics, and promote events.

  • Development sector understanding is advantageous.

Desired qualification:

Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in curating ideas, events, project management, and secondary research in the development field.
